Washer Will Not Unlock

I purchased this washer on 3/4/15. I placed clothes in the washer and it started regularly. When I went to check on it the locking button was blinking and sound like the motor was running however it was doing nothing not would it unlock. I unplugged it and it will still not unlock. How can I unlock it to remove clothes.
