Freezer Not Running Properly.

I got home and the Temp Alarm was going off... we set the temp back to 0 for the freezer b/c it was showing at 25. the next morning i checked the freezer and noticed that it wasnt that cold it was as cold as the Fridge was so this is not right.... What do i do to find out what the problem is before i get someone to come a see if they can fix the issue?
