follow the following steps-Shut off power and water to the refrigeratorRemove the ice maker's front coverRemove the wire harness coverRemove the ice makerRemove the mounting plateAttach the mounting plate to the new ice maker assemblyPlug in the wire harnessSlide the ice maker assembly onto the mounting railsReplace the wire harness coverReattach the front cover

And power on and it is repaired
