Freezer Not Cooling Properly

Even though the door display for the freezer indicates 0 degrees, the actual temperature is about 15 degrees warmer. I set the freezer temperature on the control panel to -6 and it helps, but the temp is about 10 degrees. The refrigerator temp is normal at 38 degrees
