'i Used The Cleaning Function On My Convection Oven And Even Thou The Cook Top

"I used the cleaning function on My convection oven and even thou the cook top works the oven has stopped working, the oven light works and the convection fan turns. What could have happened to it from just a cleaning.I cant find a serial number for the ove..."
