Mew6530dds Electronic Filter Want To Purchase One.

where can I but an electronic filter that goes on the terminal block. I don't need the wire harness but for some reason all parts store here sell it as a set. The filter is a small circut board and is a separate piece that fits down over the threaded studs where the wires are secured to the house current. Must be some type of a supressor/resistor.
