Oven Temperature

The oven only gets luke warm. Does not even reach 350.

If this happens on both bake and broil elements, it is likely that you have a faulty oven control board or possibly a faulty thermal fuse. Especially if both elements checks OK on continuity test (need to access the elements to perform the test). Otherwise, it may be a failed element most likely.
