Canning.
I am looking to purchase a new electric range. I need one that will uphold to canning with both a hot water canner and a pressure canner. Does this model support canning on both levels?

Follow the link below to see what the manual's advice as far as canning goes. The only caveat I can find as far as canning goes with this model is that you would need to alternate which eyes you are using when canning for long periods.
