How To Locate Identification Number Etc. For Maytag Stove?

I just moved into an apartment with a maytag stove. I do not have directions on how to use the stove. I cannot locate a identification number etc. to locate a user manual on website. I am not familiar with the operation panel, I have pushed button which says "bake" and then pushed button "more" to adjust temperature but then temperature reverts to "00.00", I do not understand how to operate the stove.
