How To Change Thermostat On Maytag Mer6755aaw Oven

My lower oven on Maytag MER6755AAW Range shut off prematurely before reaching set temperture, I think it's the thermostat, but I couldn't find the thermostat, what does that look like or is it a electronic resister? Please help.
