Oven Cuts Off Wont Heat For A Few Days Then Back To Normal

My two year old maytag MODEL MER6751AAW range will periodically cut off when it reaches a certain temp or has been cooking for awhile.  it impacts both the small and large oven, after a few days or so with no regular reason it will start working again, but I can never trust that I will be able to roast a roast or bake a cake because I don't know when it might cut off and how long it will stay off.  There does not seem to be any common indicator or when it will cut off or when it will come back on.
