Light Bulb Blew On Dryer

light bulb exploded so I replaced bulb. Dryer will not run. Light works but will not go out. When I hit power hear multiple beeps.

If it literally explode, then it may be that there has be voltage fluctuation (power surge) and the extent of the damage have not affected the bulb only.
