In Change To 4-prong What Do You Do With White Wire After Removal From Ground?

The white wire most always be used! The white wire goes on the middle terminal of the terminal block. The red and black wires can go on either side ( right or left / left or right) of the white wire on the terminal block. The green wire is then attached to the cabnet grounding screw.
