My Maytag Mbb1952hew Freezer Has Power But Is Not Cooling.

IF THE MAYTAG MBB1952 IS NOT COOLING EVEN THOUGH IT HAS POWER I KNOW IT IS NOT THE FAN OR MOTOR BECAUSE WHEN IT FIRST HAPPENED I TURNED OFF AND ON THE REFRIGERATOR  AND IT WORKED BUT NOW IT IS NOT GOING BACK ON WHEN I TURN IT ON AND OFF USING THE FRIDGE SWITCH.
