There is an owner's manual at HelpOwl - and you can find a parts list manual as well as an owner's manual for the Maytag Neptune Washer at Maytag. (select your model and the type of users manual you want. But these are not Service manuals. Finding a free Service manual is another matter.
This link to a pdf version of the parts manual will open in a new window. Just scroll across the lower part of the manual to bring up the up/down arrows and the to enlarge or reduce the screen size. The manual contains 52 pages so you might want to bookmark it or put it on your desktop.
Finding a service manual specifically for the MAH5500 is going to be impossible as there isn't one. What you will need is a version made for Whirlpool-Maytag Neptune front loader or the huge manual for all of this brand and type. The manual is the Neptune Service Manual 16010061 and your model begins somewhere around page 107. Below are some suggestions:

Have you already done the beginning of the trouble shooting by running in service mode or is the lack of codes holding you back? To run in service mode you would hold the delicate and soil buttons for 3 seconds. I suggest waiting for your download.
If you didn't register your washer at Maytag-Whirlpool and you have the required numbers and documents, do so.
Although this is not a well-designed/engineered washer, there have been few recalls. You might also want to check some of the specific repair forums for more information.
