Why Does My Mah2400aww Repeat Beginning Stage Of Wash?

Repeats first phase of washing over and over - with about 5 min's between attempts..e.g., starts to fill up, slowly spins (seemingly normal), then stops (I think drains) and repeats the cycle again!Checked brushed. Replaced main control board, and didn't see a "motor" control board -- which is what I was going to replace next.

See https://www.repairclinic.com/RepairHelp/Washing-Machine-Repair/11-4-92325-/New/Maytag-Washing-Machine-MAH3000AWW-ModelTroubleshooting, and consider "Washer won't spin." If that doesn't seem to apply, consider the other options on that page.
