I had the same problem with mine and after an extensive search online I finallyfound out what th prblem as!

How too fix:

disonect all hoses and power

lean the washer back and prop it up with any sort of block, stool what ever u got. Mke sure you'll have eough clearane to wrk with a sceew driver from underneath!

Remove the lower face plate cover

At the bottom  right hand "front" side of the unit ther will a pump with two hoses and an electrical lead conncted to it. carefully remover them. requires a pair of pliers for the hoses. ( keep something handy too catch the excess water and sludge that will come out of the hose).

After that remove the (4) srews from the bottom of the washer that hold the pump in place.

Remove the pump and pull the (4) screws that hold the mpeller housing and pump together. ( I did this just to inspect the impeller for any damage that may had occured).

If ther is any damage to the pump you might want to consider replacing it but if not then put her back together and reconnect in reverse order as shown above.

Make sure hoses are connected properly and the electrical lead is fitted back tightly.

THIS SHOULD HAVE YOU WASHER FUNCTIONING AGAIN! IT A COMMON FIX AND DOESNT TAKE MORE THAT 30-45 MINS TOPS!

good luck!
