My Credit Card Company Said You Are Trying To Bill Me Six Times And Not A Member

I appears someone has your credit card numbers and likely using it fraudulantly. You are lucky your creditor informed you of the suspicious activity, not all will do this. 

If you haven't already, I suggest you report the credit card as being used without your permission and to cancel this card, will stop the person from using the  card further.  

Unfortunately, this type of issue is common on the internet, which is why everyone needs to be careful who they give their information to.
