Removal Of Primary Photo And Cancellation Of Ongoing Fees

I have sent 2 emails via the site requesting confirmation the my primary photo be removed and any further ongoing fees are cancelled. To date I have not received a reply and cannot find a phone number to contact them on here in Australia. Overall I am very disappointed with this site and every attempt where I have highlighted the cancellation fee drop down arrow results in the send button disappearing. Very suspicious don't you think. So could you please let me know that these 2 items I have requested have been attended to. Thanking you.Deb Mitchell
