You can contact Match.com customer support to find out when your membership is up. To contact customer support, fill out this form.

If you wish to cancel your account, according to the Match.com terms of use (section 4b) you can cancel your account through your Account Settings page, via postal mail, or via email. If you want to do it via email, you can send the email by filling out this form on the contact page, and select "Billing Inquiries/Cancel" for the category.
