Quitting Match.com

If you do not want to use the service of Match.com anymore, you can cancel your account to prevent automatic renewals. This is the information that you need to follow.

To cancel your membership on Match.com, log in to your account and click the Account button. Find theChange/Cancel button and click that. You will then be asked to verify your password. Click the Continue Cancellation button and then the Cancel Subscription button to finalize the cancellation.

If you resign or cancel your membership and/or subscription via the Match.com site, to help Match.com analyze and improve the Service, you may be asked to provide a reason for your resignation/cancellation. You may bypass this brief resignation survey page and continue the resignation/cancellation process by clicking the “Continue Cancellation” or other similar button on the page. If you terminate your subscription, your subscription will remain active until the end of your then-current subscription period (that is, the subscription period through which you had paid prior to your termination).
