Hello, according to this Marriott press release, it would seem that Thom Kozik would be the man you are trying to find. He is the Vice President in charge of Loyalty according to the article (even though he is not listed in Marriott's leadership list.) There isn't any direct contact info for him, but you can reach him through his profile on LinkedIn. Or you could call Marriott Rewards customer service at 801-468-4000 and ask to be connected to him.
