How To Replace The Fuse And Inspect The Power Supply Board On A Marantz Av8801.

A very near lightning strike has caused damage to my AV8801 (and our neighborhood's cable TV/Internet system). Now, the AV8801 Power/Standby button is not illuminated, and the unit will not turn on. Is there a replaceable fuse, and if so, where is it located? I have removed the three top cabinet panels and have identified what appears to be a power supply board behind the power transformer. I'm not sure what to remove to get access to the power board for inspection and testing/troubleshooting, and if a fuse is installed on this board. I am an experienced electronics engineering tech, although I have not worked on consumer AV gear professionally.
