Problems With Telephone Instrument & Speakers Connected To The Desk Top

Magic Jack A 921 – Registration number – 714-927 – 0954 - Using this device for the last couple of years - Performance excellent – Strange observation since Jan 27, 2014 - When dialed a contact number, the telephone is mute – Automatically desktop speakers are ON – It is not clear that other party hears what is spoken – However, I can hear the voice of other party who receives the call on speaker - Earlier loudspeaker was never activated and telephone mute when I make a call - Advise how to rectify
