Unable To Sign In With Old Email Password

we had magic jack 4-5 years ago and it was not compatable . we move to a new location 3 years ago and now we unable to sign in due to we do not remeember our old accounts. we have Yahoo now and can you help us? we were existing I tried to sign up as new and can only do that is we ship another that we do not nee. It set up in my computer I have dial tone . help
