I Can't Send Fax

I tried to send fax and the line tone seems it stop in few seconds. The same when it receiving no complete transmittal the tone stop in few seconds.

Sorry for your problems.

If your magicJack is connected to your computer, make sure that "Normal (Hi-Speed)" is selected. Your fax machine will not work properly if you have selected "Air Card (3G)."

If that does not fix the issue, try these instructions. You can also reset the device, as explained here.
