How can I download my contact list to a file (CSV,TXT) and save it on my computer??

The CSV contact list of your contacts depends on the email provider. Some email providers allow the downloads of contact lists with limited restrictions but some do not allow it. The best remedy you have to do is to navigate the settings of your email provider and find this feature.
