When I Call My Majic Jack # It Beeps 3 Times Then Nothing

I seem to be able to call out but cannot seem to call in to my land line using majic jack.

This is my hypothesis: When I first purchased magicjack, I did not receive any of the 3 beep problems. Now after about 18 months, when I am calling rural areas of the country, I get the 3 beeps and nothing. It seems that the areas that have the 3 beep problem are areas that are more expensive for magicjack to connect to. To reach some areas of the country magicjack and other voip providers have to route the call to a more expensive trunk line. If magicjack wants to save money, they don't provide service to an area that costs them over x-cents per minute. Therefore the call is terminated with the 3 beeps. It is all about money. That is my hypothesis.
