My Magicjack Broke And I Bought Both A Replacement And A Magicjack Plus In The

hopes that one of them would connect to my old magicjack number and contact list. When I plugged into the new magicjack the old list did not come up. What should I do?

During setup select “add to existing account” when prompted. If necessary, reset the device as follows: Unplug your magicJack, and run mjRemover.exe and then the Microsoft Fixit Center app. Then reboot and re-plug.
