MagicJack's online support is not useless. Its FAQ at http://www.magicjack.com/faq/is quite helpful. So I don't know what the previous answerer was thinking of.

I understand however you'd like personal guidance. The phone number of 561-594-9925 is indeed for billing matters only. magicJack's chat service is inferior, but you can obtain it at http://www.magicjack.com/techchat/. You may write magicJack at [email protected], or:

How to reach a live person:
They say this phone number is only for billing questions, but it is the only way to get a hold of a live person. The only other option is their onlinesupportwhich is basically useless.
