Magic Jack Plus Number

I switched my phone service to magic jacke and keet my old number from verizon (6617181051). This is the number I'm currently using with you. They disrupted my internet and gave me the following number for my dedicated e-mail, (6619432549). This has caused many problems when attempting to send or recieve calls. I just figured out what they did this moring. I've registered the (6617181051) and was doing fine until they changed the number. I went to your site and put in the new number and was able to call from my cell. What should I do?
