Your question is not completely clear, but perhaps you're wondering why you're asked to pay extra fro a domestic call.

Domestic calls are free under magicJack. Unfortunately, magicJack's customer support is for the most part magically lacking. You can try phoning them, at 561-594-9925. You may also reach magicJack by writing:

If all else fails, you can dispute any payment with your credit card provider or complain to the Florida Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Services, at 850-488-2221 or 2005 Apalachee Pkwy., Tallahassee, FL 32399. If it's within 30 days, you can return the product using these instructions.

If on the other hand you're talking about international calls, these must be prepaid. At my.magicjack.com go to "My Subscriptions," then to INTERNATIONAL DIALING, and click "Add Credit." Current rates are listed here.
