I'm Having Trouble Dialing A Long Distance Call W/ Magic Jack

When I dial, I fet 3 busy signals, then nothing. just a blank sound. (dialing 1-507-625-5357 from my new MJ # 218-600-3895) thanx- Paul van ryswyk

Your device may not work properly, or at all

if you're not logged on to your Windows user account,
if it's not running,
if it's not secured in the USB port,
if the phone cord is not secured or is broken,
if you're not connected to the Internet,
if without a powered USB hub several phones are used to generate power from a USB port,
or if your magicJack device is defective.

If the device is not defective, simple actions may resolve the problem, as outlined here. Or you may try these instructions. If the device is defective, you need to return it. If you bought it from magicJack, follow the instructions at http://my.magicjack.com/returns.html.

If it's too late to return the device, you can seek a resolution with your credit card company or with the Florida Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Services, at 850-488-2221.
