Yes, you can use your fax machine with MagicJack. Here is a link to the MagicJack FAQ discussing faxing. Apparently they do not officially support it, but they list some work-arounds:

No.  If you need to fax, get a Net Talk TK6000.  This has the computer functions built in -- thus no need for a computer.  Just plug it into your router and the power supply provided and off you go.  When you get it, throttle your fax to the lowest speed setting, and turn error correction to "off".
