I Can't Use My Phone Using My Majic Jack. I Was Able To Use It About A Month Ag
I now get a prompt wanting me to sign in. The problem is the e-mail address I used has been canceled. I can not ind anyway to change it to my new e-mail address. I also suspect they have a problem in accounting and think my account needs o be renewed. I purchased 3 magic jacks about a year ago with a 5 year subscription. I tried calling the billing number but did not get to talk to anyone after being on hold for 40 minute, I was ct off. Please help me.
