Subscription Notice

I had subscribed to Magic Jack and their 5 year plan about one year ago. The service is fine, however, I keep receiving a notice from them everytime I make a call that says my Magic Jack number is due to expire. When I click on their website to get assistance I get NOWHERE at all. I know I paid for 5 years and I don't know if I have to renwe my phone number or not, as it was a personalized one. Is this why I am getting the message? Surely I paid for 5 years. Can someone please tell me if I am going to lose that number or not. If so, no big deal, but I just want to make sure that I have four more years of service and that Magic Jack did not make a mistake and will cut me off once the first year ends (which is very soon).

This is unfortunately a common complaint by users of magicJack, which seems to be administratively challenged. My best guess is that you're safe in ignoring such nags. You may write magicJack at [email protected], or:
