Do I Have To Renew The Mj Serv. Even Though I've Chosen Auto-renew When I Bought

I bought 1 year ago on line, so I went to my MJ account online and saw that it was set up to Auto-Renew today, Dec 8/2010 from my Credit Card. So I tried to use this morning and it wasn't working. So do I have to renew the service myself? if yes, how?
