Rec.d Notice Acct Was Due & U Would Charge Cc. Now Not Working. What 2 Do?

How do I reach someone to keep my phone on? Email said u would charge my credit card but in the mean time, the phone won't work.

Your question is not clear. If you've already authorized the charge and the company says it's charging you, there should not be an issue regarding keeping the phone working. magicJack's customer support is for the most part magically lacking. You can try phoning them, at 561-594-9925. You may also reach magicJack by writing:

You can dispute any payment with your bank or complain to the Florida Attorney General at 850-414-3990, and the Florida Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Services, at 850-488-2221 or 2005 Apalachee Pkwy., Tallahassee, FL 32399.
