New Phone,and A Number For Magicjack

My magicjack service stopped working about 8 months ago and i was able to speak with someone at that time and get another phone, now i am unable to find that number. Can anyone help? Robert

How to reach a live person:

They say this phone number is only for billing questions, but it is the only way to get a hold of a live person. The only other option is their online support which is basically useless.
