i dont have the number or information to renew my account for my magicjack my phone NO: (408)345-6166.my contract already been expired.need to renew it asap..thanks.

Magicjack wont renew number as of right now. Its not lost. Use your email that you used to set up back up. Now you must by another unit, and when you active it, you will have the choce to use the old number. I own a few magic jack and a few that are useless because of this. I bought a new one and got to use my same number.
