My Magicjack Plus Don't Ring Et Goes Directly In The Mailbox

when people calls me it don't ring and they are directed right away to the mailbox sometimes it's urgent and I hate going in the mailbox every min. I am due to renew so is it posssible that you send me another magicjack that works. pleaseeeee

Sorry for your problems. magicJack suggests that you be sure your connecting phone cord [from the base unit to your magicJack] is no more than 6 feet long, and that your phone might be at fault. Fellow Help Owl volunteer USPinay has these additional ideas.
