No Magic Phone Service For 3 Days

Just got a new computer. Plugged old magic jack to new pc, but it won't work. Does magic jack work only one pc. Please help. Thank you.

magicJack documentation states:

magicJack is a portable device and may be used on multiple computers.

magicJack may be used on any Windows XP, Windows Vista, Wnodows 7 [sic], or Intel-based MACs. You will not have to register your magicJack again.

Simply plug your magicJack into the new computer and wait for the software to appear and you will be able to make and receive calls within moments.

If this isn't happening for you, you'll have get help from the company.
