I have my internet with AT&T, if I drop it will I still be able to use the computer. I also have a pacemaker , I have to call the DR. every 3 months, if I pull my unit into the MJ will I still be able to call the Dr office My son has a Iphone, if I get him one can he use it?

If you are medically dependent on a phone you should not be using this or any other VOIP phone service. Magicjack is dependent on a highspeed internet connection, in the event of an outage like with any VOIP service you will not have access to 911
