Could Hey Siri On Ipad Dial And Hang Up Magic Jack For Disabled Wife?

I have a new ipad mini with IOS 8 - Siri can be always available in wifi. I would be willing to attach it to power on my wife's wheelchair if Siri could dial and hang up the magic jack app by voice. DOes anyone know a way to do this?

Sorry but that's not possible. Apple doesn't allow third-party apps to take advantage of Siri.
