Call To My Majic Jack App Rings On My Android, But I Cannot Always Answer

When my Android which has the Majic Jack app rings, I cannot always anser the call. Instead, the caller often goes to my voice mail recording. What can I do to correct this problem?

Adjust the number of rings before going to voice mail: At my.magicJack.com, click on "Call Features" and select "Voicemail On/Off/Delay."
