I Am Not A Customer [email protected]

After 3 hours of tech support Magic Jack was not able to connect me. I am not a customer however I keep getting emails stating I have voice mail. It is not possible since I don not have the jack inserted into my computer. I don't want to get billed since I am NOT a customer. Please correct this mistake.

someone probably entered their email wrong if you have not given any credit/debit card info they cannot charge to it but here is the phone for billing Phone: 281-404-1551

How to reach a live person: They say this phone number is only for billing questions, but it is the only way to get a hold of a live person. The only other option is their online support which is basically useless.

Hours of Operation: 11am - 8pm EST
