I Can`t Contact Them To Report That I Have No Service.

When I click on magic jack tile it gives a screen stating they are no longer accepting new accounts. I have been aloyal customer since2008.

magicJack's customer support is for the most part magically lacking. The phone number of 561-594-9925 is for billing matters only, and seeking either that phone help or chat help (at www.magicjack.com/techchat) may prove a waste of your time. You may write magicJack at [email protected], or:

You can dispute any payment with your bank or complain to the Florida Attorney General at 850-414-3990, and the Florida Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Services, at 850-488-2221 or 2005 Apalachee Pkwy., Tallahassee, FL 32399. If it's within 30 days, you can return the product using the instructions at: http://my.magicjack.com/returns.html

You may however be able to solve the issue on your own, as follows.

Your magicJack may not work properly, or at all [partial list]:

if your magicJack is not running,
if it's not properly secured,
if the phone cord is not secured or is broken,
if you're not connected to the Internet at a sufficiently high speed,
if without a powered USB hub several phones are used to generate power from a USB port,
or if your magicJack device is defective.
