Your question is hard to understand, but perhaps you're looking for someone to "Buy" (not "Bay") your magicJack. If so, you may want to look over this webpage. (This focuses on broken electronics, but most of the suggestions apply as well to electronics in good order.)

You should reset your device before conveying it: Unplug your magicJack, and run mjRemover.exe and then the Microsoft Fixit Center app.
