Activation Code

i was not able to enter my activation code because i entered an incorrect email address and i didn't receive one. right now i can call out but i'm not receiving calls.do i need that activation code? is that the cause of my problem?

To correct your email address, go to my.magicjack.com to log in to your magicJack account, and then click the My Account tab.

That would be the possible problem, you have to ented the correct activation code for your account to work. It is important to provide the code, you can create another account and enter the correct activation code.
