Wrong Email Address Entered While Setting Up Account

during setup i entered the wrong email address ...i also purchased additional minutes during set up. all my attempts to get my activation code are sent to the wrong person. i cant access change e-mail feature as my password wasn't setup yet. Once you stop laughing can you please help me how do i correct things?

Reset as follows. Unplug your magicJack, and run mjRemover.exe and then the Microsoft Fixit Center app. Then reboot and re-plug. (You can download the remover program from http://upgrades.talk4free.com/tools/mjRemover.exe.)
